    • Hi! So, the studies are not using any specific brand. The brands which I have used myself are what I have posted here – as a student of alternative medicine I have found that these brands contain high-quality ingredients and are highly recommended by many holistic medicine practitioners. For example, the fermented cod liver oil is made in a traditional way and has found to have more effective uptake than standard brands. I am very picky about what I use for myself and so have done a lot of research about the way the supplements have been produced. If you have anything you have found really effective please feel free to share!
      You can also try to look up the particular products you are interested in from their company’s websites and read more about each product. The links I have provided should give a general summary about them but you might be able to find more through googling it too.   14. I just ordered all of the supplements you recommended for concussion and I should receive them in the next day or so. Should I just take the normal dosages suggested on each one, or is it okay for someone like me with post-concussion syndrome to take double or triple the dosages? Thanks!
